A pipe line Strainer is a device which provides a means of mechanically removing solids from a flowing fluid by utilizing a perforated, mesh or wedge wire straining element. The most common range of strainer particle retention is 1 inch to 40 microns.

Fabricated Cast Iron Foot Valve Bucket Strainers are manufactured using Cast Iron Centrifugally casted pipes. One end is Screweed flange

Length : 0.3 to 1 Mtr.
Flanged Drilled: IS:1538 or As desired
Hole Dia.: 5 - 25 mm or as required
Hole spacing: 35 mm
All dimensions may be varied as per necessity.

Strainer Application:-

  1. Bucket Strainers can be used for suction pumping as Foot Valves Strainer along witth NRV / In Rose Piece for Coarse screening.
  2. Can also be used for covering pipe opening in ESRs for Filtration / Safety purpose.
